The firm was established by shri Kiransinh M Chavda as a proprietary concern on 11th November, 2011 at Ahmedabad.
Thereafter, Shri Nilesh M Chavda joined the firm as partners on 3rd September, 2012 with opening branch in vadodara.
Further, CA Hitesh P. Agrawal joined the firm as partner on 05th October, 2017 at Ahmedabad. CA Hitesh P. Agrawal was proprietor of the firm H.P.Agrawal & Co. and w.e.f 05th October, 2017 the proprietorship firm H.P.Agrawal & Co. was merged into K M C & Associates.
The firm gained its strength and expanded its horizons when young hardworking professionals joined the firm as partners.
